Before You Play

Paintball is an active recreational sport involving physical movement, running, obstacles, and paintball projectiles. While Wolf Pack Arena takes extensive safety precautions, paintball carries inherent risks of injury

All players must read and understand the following information before participating.

Risks of Paintball

Paintball may involve risks including:

* Paintball impacts causing temporary pain, bruising, redness, or swelling
* Minor cuts and scratches
* Falls, trips, and collisions
* Sprains and strains
* Injuries resulting from obstacles or terrain
* Accidental contact with other players or equipment
* Eye, face, or other bodily injury if safety equipment is not properly used
* Hearing discomfort from paintball equipment
* Serious injury in exceptional circumstances

Players voluntarily participate with an understanding that these risks cannot be completely eliminated, even when safety rules are followed.

Mandatory Safety Rules

For your safety and the safety of everyone at Wolf Pack Arena:

* **A protective mask must be worn at all times inside the designated playing area.**
* Never remove your mask while on the field.
* Never shoot another player from outside the designated playing area.
* Never intentionally shoot a player who has been eliminated or is no longer participating.
* Never shoot staff or other persons who are not actively participating.
* Keep your marker pointed in a safe direction when not actively engaging in play.
* Follow all instructions given by Wolf Pack Arena referees and staff.
* Use only paintball equipment provided or approved by Wolf Pack Arena.
* Do not modify, dismantle, or tamper with paintball equipment.
* Do not intentionally shoot animals, vehicles, buildings, or unauthorized objects.
* Do not engage in physical fighting, pushing, tackling, or aggressive physical contact.
* Do not climb on or move field structures or obstacles.
* Do not enter restricted areas.
* Immediately report any injury, equipment problem, or safety concern to a staff member.

Paintball Marker Safety

Players must treat every paintball marker as if it is loaded.

When outside the playing area:

* Keep the barrel pointed in a safe direction.
* Keep the safety mechanism engaged where applicable.
* Use the barrel cover or other required safety device.
* Do not fire the marker unless specifically authorized.
* Do not alter the marker’s operating pressure or firing settings.
* Do not attempt repairs unless authorized by Wolf Pack Arena staff.

Protective Equipment

Wolf Pack Arena requires players to use the appropriate protective equipment for paintball.

This may include:

* Paintball protective mask
* Appropriate clothing
* Gloves where provided or recommended
* Protective vest or other protective equipment where applicable
* Appropriate footwear

Players are responsible for properly wearing and maintaining the required protective equipment during play.

The protective mask is especially important and must never be removed while inside an active playing area.

Physical Condition

Paintball requires physical activity. Players may need to run, walk, crouch, kneel, change direction, take cover, and move around obstacles.

Players should only participate if they believe they are physically capable of safely taking part.

If you feel unwell, dizzy, injured, excessively tired, or otherwise unable to continue safely, stop playing and immediately notify a Wolf Pack Arena staff member.

Alcohol & Drugs

Anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair their judgment, coordination, reaction time, or ability to follow safety instructions must not participate in paintball.

Wolf Pack Arena may refuse or terminate participation where a player appears impaired.

Age & Minors

Players must meet Wolf Pack Arena’s applicable age requirements.

Where required, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for a minor to participate.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors understand and follow the Arena’s safety rules and staff instructions.

Injuries & Emergencies

All injuries, regardless of how minor they may appear, should be reported to a Wolf Pack Arena staff member.

If an emergency occurs, players must immediately stop playing and follow the instructions of Arena staff or referees.

Wolf Pack Arena may arrange appropriate emergency or medical assistance when necessary.

Equipment Damage & Misuse

Paintball equipment is provided for safe recreational use.

Players must not intentionally misuse, abuse, modify, or damage any marker, mask, protective equipment, barrier, field structure, or other Arena property.

Players may be responsible, subject to applicable law, for damage resulting from intentional, reckless, or negligent misuse.

Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for their personal belongings.

Wolf Pack Arena recommends that valuables and unnecessary personal items be left in a secure location before entering the playing area.

Photography & Video

Wolf Pack Arena may photograph or record paintball activities, events, tournaments, and players for legitimate **marketing, promotional, social-media, advertising, and documentation purposes, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in paintball at Wolf Pack Arena, you acknowledge that paintball is an active sport with inherent risks.

You voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with participation and agree to follow all Wolf Pack Arena safety rules, referee instructions, and equipment requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants acknowledge that **Wolf Pack Arena, Wolf Pack Ltd., its owners, directors, employees, referees, instructors, contractors, agents, and representatives are not responsible for injuries or losses arising from the inherent risks of paintball or a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Important

SAFETY COMES FIRST.

Any player who violates safety rules, removes their mask during play, deliberately shoots people in an unsafe manner, misuses equipment, or puts other players or staff at risk may be immediately removed from the game or Arena without refund.

By entering the paintball field and participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable safety information and agree to follow the instructions of Wolf Pack Arena staff.
